Adult Classes

Mellow Dancing Yoga Class
In these sessions, the teacher inspires movement primarily through music,
trance dancing with minimal guidance, includes relaxation and Kundalini yoga.
Safe during pregnancy, no yoga or dance experience needed or dance steps
to remember
. 60 minute class.

Flowing Floor Dancing Yoga Class
In this 60 minute class you experience continuous slow flowing movement  
while lying and sitting on the floor, this class will awaken your spine, hips,
legs, neck and shoulders. This is a relaxing but beneficial class for all, you will
move muscles you do not use in other yoga classes.
A small pillow is needed for this class.

High Spirited Dancing Yoga Class
This 60 minute class brings you the benefits of light aerobic exercise,
stretching/strength with a Kundalini Yoga Warm up, awaken your soul while
dancing in and out of yoga poses and energetic trance dancing to a the beat
of Tribal, Rock and Alternative music. No yoga or dance experience needed,
no steps to remember for this non-competitive class. Ages 16 and up, a small
pillow is needed for this class.

Drums Alive-Wellness Beats allows us to be in our body instead of our
heads and to feel the ecstasy of letting go. Come and experience tribal
rhythms and yoga movements to help us let go and release stress all the while
enjoying the benefits of physical, emotional and mental balance.

Chakra Dance Yoga Class
Awaken each charka one at a time through self expressed dancing, music is
chosen to help you explore and experience each chakra.

Peaceful Prenatal Dancing Yoga Class
This 60 minute class includes a Kundalini warm up, light aerobic exercise,
stretching/strength of yoga postures a Yin Yoga Cool down & relaxation with
labor breathing techniques.
Safe for all 9 months of pregnancy, no yoga experience needed, no steps to
remember.


Kids classes

Go Girls Yo Class for Ages 8 and up: With this 8 week program girls learn
how to cope with circumstances and change behaviors that threaten their well
being by combining experiences with fun movement activities, teamwork, goal
setting skills, nutrition, boost self esteem, positive thinking and stress
reduction techniques.

Drums Alive Kids Beats is can only be described as FUN!  Every child is born
with the ability to move and feel rhythm. Join us in this unique workout that
will guide you through a program of drumming, movement and creative
exploration that will thrill the child and the instructor alike. Drums Alive
combines learning with physical activity. The components of fitness –
cardiovascular, strength and coordination – are part of a successful drumming
program.  When children are successful in drumming, it translates into a
better feeling of self worth, and provides them an opportunity for further
creative and cognitive growth.

Drums Alive Teen Beats combines traditional aerobic movements with the
powerful beat and rhythms of the drums. It is a workout for the entire body,
mind and spirit! Drums Alive is also a powerful tool for stress reduction and
mental balance. Break the rules, open the door and enter the new dimension
of fitness.



Mom & Child Classes

Mom & Child Dance Yoga
Moms come dance with your children, explore music, movement & breath,
release stress and excess energy, laugh, revitalize and sing.  Infants can be
held while dancing. Dads welcome also.

Drums Alive Mom & Child Beats combines exercise for mom, dancing and
drumming for mom and child. Every child is born with the ability to move and
feel rhythm.

Energetic Rock Yoga Class
Awaken your spirit with flowing vinyasa, Kundalini yoga and fire breath to rock
music or alternative music in this 60 minute class.

Kundalini Yoga Class
This 60 minute class will awaken, energize, strengthen and relax your spirit
through movement, breathing, light aerobic exercise and meditation.
