Chi Walking Class
Meet at Ukulele 38 Ocean Blvd. 5 week Session $30
Tuesdays 6:30 pm in Atlantic Beach starting on Sept. 30th
Meet at Tranquil Waters 120 lemon St. Neptune Beach
Kundalini Yoga on the Beach
Experience light aerobic Yoga movement without poses. Yoga for everyone, not like
your ordinary yoga class. Starting September 28th Sundays 5:30-6:30 pm
Cost $7 a class, can be paid to instructor.
Meeting at Orange st. Beach access in Neptune Beach. Bring a beach towel or
yoga mat.
If raining we will hold class at Tranquil Waters 120 lemon St. Neptune Beach
I am trying to collect enough money to give to the Make a Wish Foundation to repay
them for the wish they provided my son Dustin Lance before he past. This way some
other child may get the same enjoyment. I have written a children's book called Dusty
Duck, it was written in a way that yoga poses can be done while reading the story.
The book sales money after printing costs is also going to the foundation. If you
